Conference & Awards Luncheon
Saturday, May 20, 2023, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Virtual Instructions:
1. If you are doing the Conference by virtual attendance, you will be receiving the link by email tomorrow, May 19th. This link is ONLY good for the day. This is live streamed through TTUHSC’s zoom account. In order to get your CE for the conference, you will need to log into the Virtual Conference Evaluation Link that will be on the SPEMS website Conference Page. It is also important to remember that the CE numbers issued to the in-person attendees will not count for the virtual attendees. Only pre-registered individuals will receive the link and obtain a CE certificate by email upon completion. The link will come from southplainsems@gmail.com. Please save this email in your contacts. Please check your spam folder if you do not find the email in your inbox. Contact the office if you have any questions.
2. Those that are unable to view the Conference (or miss a portion) virtually on Saturday will be sent a link to watch the recordings as soon as they are made available to the SPEMS office from TTUHSC and are prepared for viewing. This could take a couple of weeks so please have patience. In order to get your CE, you will have to watch the videos in full and complete the Virtual Conference evaluation link found on the SPEMS website conference page.
UPDATE: The videos have been received at the SPEMS office. They have been sent to an editor to be broken down into individual speakers for upload and viewing. There is no timeline as to when they will be ready. It is a tedious process and will take time. As soon as the videos are made available to the SPEMS office in sharable form, we will send you a link to virtually watch the conference.
A certificate will be emailed to you as soon as possible after you have viewed the conference and completed the evaluation above. If you watched the conference (streaming) the day of the conference, you still have to do the evaluation linked above. Thank you for your patience.
